Summary Summary Develop a secure, scalable, cloud-based property management platform for multiple companies managing residential and commercial portfolios. The platform will support property owners, managers, tenants, maintenance teams, vendors, and administrators. Core functionality includes company and user management, role-based permissions, property/building/unit and occupancy management, tenant profiles, lease administration, payment and expense tracking, maintenance requests and work orders, vendor management, document storage, communication, notifications, and reminders. Tenants will have a self-service portal to view leases and payment history, upload documents, communicate with managers, and submit and track maintenance requests with photos. Managers and administrators will access dashboards for occupancy, rental income, costs, turnover, balances, portfolio performance, users, settings, permissions, audit logs, and platform activity. The solution includes responsive frontend applications, backend APIs, database design, third-party integrations, automated testing, deployment pipelines, monitoring, encryption, audit logging, and production deployment.
