Description
Summary We run an insurance agency and build AI-powered automation systems for our insurance clients. We're looking for an experienced AI automation developer (or small team) to design, build, and deploy a suite of AI agents that we deploy for insurance agencies and similar service businesses. This is an ongoing relationship, not a one-off gig. We plan to build multiple agents over time and want a developer we can rely on long-term — but we start with a paid or unpaid trial project to confirm fit. The types of AI agents we need built (not all at once — this is our full roadmap): Inbound calling agent – answers incoming calls, handles FAQs, routes/transfers calls, books appointments Outbound calling agent – makes outbound calls for follow-ups, reminders, renewals, or lead outreach Speed-to-lead agent – instantly contacts new leads (call/text/email) within seconds of form submission Lead qualification agent – asks qualifying questions and scores/routes leads before handoff to a human Follow-up agent – automated nurture sequences via call, SMS, or email until a lead responds or converts Quoting agent – collects info and generates or requests insurance quotes automatically Google review booster agent – automatically requests and follows up for Google reviews post-interaction Knowledge-base chatbot – website/SMS chatbot trained on a specific business's documents, FAQs, and policies SEO automation agent – automates SEO tasks (content generation, local SEO, citations, reporting, etc.) Additional custom agents – we'll share more details privately once we start working together What we need from you in this application (REQUIRED — applications without this will be ignored): We do not want portfolios of "designs" or mockups. We want to see agents you personally built that are actually working or have worked in a real environment. For the agent types you claim experience with, please share any ONE (or more) of the following as proof: A Loom video (or any simple screen-recorded video) showing the agent actually running — a live call, a chat conversation, a workflow execution, etc. A live link — e.g. a phone number we can call, a live chatbot widget, or a demo dashboard A short video walkthrough of the build/backend if the live version isn't shareable (client under NDA, etc.) Any one of these is enough per agent — you don't need all three. If a project is under NDA, just show it using a sandbox/demo version and mention that. Please do not send generic agency portfolio decks or "case study" PDFs with no video/link at all. We just need to see it's real and working — that's it. Tools/platforms we expect familiarity with (any combination): Voice AI: Vapi, Retell AI, Bland AI, Synthflow, Air.ai, ElevenLabs, Twilio (Voice/SMS), or similar Automation/orchestration: n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or custom code (Python/Node) LLMs/RAG: OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), Google Gemini, vector databases (Pinecone, Supabase, etc.) for knowledge-base chatbots CRM/integration experience: GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar (a plus) Basic understanding of insurance industry workflows (a plus, not required) To apply, please answer these questions: Which of the agent types listed above have you personally built? (List them specifically) Attach a Loom video and/or a live link for at least one of them (see requirements above — any one type of proof is fine) What tools/platforms do you primarily build with? Have you built any AI agents specifically for insurance agencies before? If yes, what kind? Are you available for ongoing work (multiple agents over the coming months), or one-off projects only? What is your estimated timeline and rate structure (hourly / per-project / retainer)? What we offer: Ongoing, long-term work if the fit is right (multiple agents planned over time) Clear specs and requirements for each agent before you start building Fast decision-making — we review applications and video demos personally and respond quickly to serious applicants Note: Please include at least one real video or link showing an agent you've built — this is the main thing we look at before responding. It doesn't need to be fancy, just real.
