AI Agent Developer Needed for GoHighLevel and County Public Records Automation." I am a real estate wholesaler in Georgia looking for an experienced AI automation developer to build a cloud-based AI agent that will automatically pull fresh local county public records, including probate, pre-foreclosure, lis pendens, and tax sale leads. The system should clean and organize data, remove duplicates, upload qualified leads into my GoHighLevel CRM, automatically tag each one, trigger my existing workflows and automation campaigns, and notify me if the automation encounters an error.
