Summary I’m looking for an experienced automation specialist to finish and stabilize a customer referral system for my local moving company. What the system needs to do: Automatically pull recent high-rated (4–5 star) completed customers from our CRM (SmartMoving) Import them into an existing Google Sheet while avoiding duplicates Calculate days since move and assign priority (High / Medium / Low) Generate personalized referral email and SMS templates (we offer a $75 referral incentive) Safely send referral emails from a dedicated work Gmail account Handle a simple 7–10 day follow-up nudge if no reply Update tracking columns in the sheet (date sent, status, etc.) Current status: Google Sheet is already built with all necessary columns SmartMoving API key is working and connectivity has been confirmed Basic Google Apps Script for calculating priority and generating message templates already exists Previous email sending was done successfully via Apps Script Make.com scenarios were started but are incomplete What I need from you: A clean, reliable Make.com scenario for the data import and deduplication An improved and safe Google Apps Script for sending emails (must include safeguards against accidental mass sends) Clear documentation so I can maintain the system myself One successful test run with real data Requirements: Strong experience with Make.com Google Apps Script Working with REST APIs Preference for clean, well-commented code Please include in your proposal: Relevant experience with similar automation projects Estimated timeline Your general approach Budget: Fixed price $250 Looking for someone who can finish this cleanly and reliably.
