Summary We're a small engineering studio that builds and runs the software real-revenue businesses depend on. We bring on senior associates to diagnose broken or inherited systems, ship the agreed system on a fixed scope and deadline, harden it, and hand over full ownership. We hire against a specific track record. You're a strong fit if your portfolio includes work where: - Your client was a non-technical owner of an established, revenue-generating business, not a funded startup, a SaaS product, or crypto. - You rescued/took over software someone else built (broken, abandoned, original dev gone) or built their first business-critical system. - The win was a business outcome: shipped by a committed date, kept a key account, passed an audit, replaced a failing system. - You handed over full ownership (repo, docs, deployment, credentials) so they weren't locked to you. - Bonus: you've made a system audit-ready (SOC 2 / ISO 27001 / ISO 42001) or shipped responsibly-scoped AI features. What doesn't count here: throwaway prototypes, pre-revenue startup MVPs, SaaS/crypto side projects, or demos with no real business behind them.
