What We Need We are looking for someone who can help us develop high-quality prompts that enable Claude AI to: - Analyze our overall business performance - Review and interpret Profit & Loss (P&L) statements - Identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities - Create and improve financial trackers and dashboards - Build recurring workflows for analyzing monthly and yearly financial data - Recommend KPIs and business metrics we should be tracking - Help us make better business decisions using AI Ideal Candidate - Extensive experience using Claude AI and prompt engineering - Strong understanding of business finance and Profit & Loss statements - Experience with financial analysis, reporting, and business operations - Able to create structured, reusable prompt libraries - Excellent communication skills and ability to explain recommendations Nice to Have - Experience working with construction or service-based businesses - Knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) - Experience integrating AI into business workflows Deliverables - A library of optimized Claude prompts - Prompt templates for recurring financial reviews - AI workflows for business analysis - Recommendations for improving our reporting and decision-making process When applying, please include: - Your experience with Claude AI. - Examples of prompt systems or AI workflows you've built. - Any experience analyzing business financials or P&L statements. - Why you're a good fit for this project.
