Fix WordPress/Elementor 500 & 503 errors on save — HostGator shared hosting (urgent, one-off) Job description: - I run a WordPress site (sham-tech.com) built with Elementor. I cannot save my homepage anymore and I need someone who can actually diagnose this, not guess. The problem: - When I edit the homepage in Elementor and add new images, clicking Update spins for a long time and then fails with a 500 Internal Server Error. - On my most recent attempt (adding only 3 images, removing nothing), it failed with a 503 Service Unavailable instead. - The Elementor editor has always been slow on this site, even before this issue. What has already been tested (please don't repeat it): - My web developer deactivated ALL plugins and tried the same image update — it still failed. So this is not a simple plugin conflict. - HostGator support says the server is fine. I don't believe that's the full picture, since a 500/503 is generated by the server. - Nothing was changed on the site right before this started. Environment: - WordPress + Elementor 4.0.5 (4.1.4 update available, not yet applied) - ~26 plugins including ElementsKit Lite/Pro, Essential Addons, Premium Addons, Jeg Kit, Marquee Addons, PRO Elements, Yoast SEO, TranslatePress - Two performance plugins installed: LiteSpeed Cache and AirLift - An Image Optimizer plugin that auto-generates WebP/AVIF copies of every upload - Hosting: HostGator shared hosting (CloudLinux) What I want from you: 1- Find the ACTUAL cause with evidence —
