Summary Project Overview We are looking for an experienced UI/UX and Frontend Specialist to enhance TheLegists.co.uk, a leading legal recruitment platform. The objective is to improve user experience, increase job applications, boost SEO performance, and modernize the overall website. Responsibilities Redesign the homepage with a cleaner, conversion-focused layout. Improve the hero section with a compelling value proposition and clear CTAs. Modernize job listing cards with company logos, badges (Remote, Hybrid, New), salary highlights, and save-job functionality. Simplify and enhance the job search experience with autocomplete and intelligent filtering. Create an engaging candidate dashboard featuring recommended jobs, saved jobs, application tracking, and AI-powered job matching. Enhance employer dashboards with candidate recommendations, analytics, and recruitment insights. Improve trust signals by showcasing testimonials, placement statistics, client logos, and industry credentials. Optimize website performance, Core Web Vitals, and mobile responsiveness. Implement SEO best practices, including structured data, metadata optimization, and dedicated landing pages for legal practice areas. Introduce AI-powered features such as CV analysis, cover letter generation, salary insights, interview preparation, and job recommendations. Improve accessibility and ensure WCAG compliance. Review and streamline navigation to reduce user friction and improve conversions.
