I run a private, invite-only community platform built from scratch — not on WordPress or any other CMS. The backend is PHP with a MySQL database; the frontend is a single-page-style site built in vanilla HTML/CSS/JavaScript (no framework). Files (PDFs, videos, media) are currently served directly from the app server — part of this role will be setting up and integrating a CDN for file delivery once that's in place.
