Summary We are building an innovative Agentic AI platform and are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Engineer to help design, develop, and scale both the frontend and backend of our product. The ideal candidate has strong experience building modern web applications, integrating AI-powered services, and delivering end-to-end features across the stack. You should be comfortable working independently, collaborating with AI engineers, and turning complex requirements into intuitive, scalable solutions. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend applications Build responsive, modern user interfaces using React and related technologies Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and integrations Integrate AI models, agent frameworks, and third-party services Create dashboards, chat interfaces, workflow builders, and agent management tools Implement authentication, user management, and role-based access controls Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability Collaborate with AI, product, and design teams to deliver end-to-end features Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Participate in architecture decisions and technical planning Required Skills Strong experience with React.js and modern frontend development Strong backend development experience with Python, Node.js, or similar technologies JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript Experience building and consuming REST APIs Database experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar systems State management (Redux, Zustand, Context API, etc.) HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, or similar frameworks Git and collaborative development workflows Experience deploying and maintaining production applications Understanding of software architecture and scalable system design Nice to Have Experience building AI, LLM, or Agentic AI products Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies Experience with Next.js Knowledge of WebSockets and real-time applications Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices Knowledge of vector databases, RAG systems, and AI orchestration frameworks Project Scope You will be helping build: AI agent management platform Chat and conversation interfaces Agent workflow orchestration and visualization Analytics and monitoring dashboards User onboarding and account management AI integrations and backend services Real-time collaboration and workflow tools What We're Looking For Strong problem-solving skills Attention to detail Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and take ownership Strong UI/UX awareness Ability to deliver high-quality work on schedule Experience working in fast-moving startup environments To Apply Please include: Links to relevant full-stack projects AI, SaaS, or platform products you've worked on Your preferred tech stack A brief explanation of your experience building end-to-end applications Examples of AI integrations, agent systems, or API-driven products you've developed
