Summary Job Description: We are looking for an experienced agency or freelancer to help implement an automated guest access and buzzer system for our hospitality operations. The project involves integrating Aircall, Zapier, Twilio, HubSpot, and our property management systems (Guesty and Hostaway) to automate the guest experience and building access process. Responsibilities: Set up and configure workflows between Aircall, Zapier, Twilio, and HubSpot. Build an automated process for guest buzzer calls. Connect the system with Guesty and Hostaway to verify guest reservations. Configure Twilio to trigger building intercoms and unlock doors automatically. Set up WhatsApp notifications to send guests their unit access codes. Configure and test AI voice flows. Test the complete workflow and ensure it functions reliably across multiple properties. Support the future migration from Hostaway to Guesty. Requirements: Proven experience with Aircall, Zapier, Twilio, and HubSpot. Experience integrating APIs and automation tools. Familiarity with property management platforms such as Guesty and Hostaway. Experience with telephony, IVR systems, and AI voice agents. Strong troubleshooting and testing skills. Preferred: Previous experience working with hospitality, property management, or guest-access systems. Experience building automated workflows involving WhatsApp and building intercom systems.
