WordPress Developer Needed – Rebuild Existing Website on Clean Installation (Keep Blog & SEO) I'm looking for an experienced WordPress developer to rebuild my existing website onto a clean, modern WordPress installation. This is a technical migration project, not a website design project. The new website design has already been completed separately. I need someone to prepare a clean, fast WordPress installation ready for a custom theme. Current Website Existing WordPress website Hosted with Crazy Domains Currently running PHP 7.4 Elementor installed Existing blog with several years of content Existing SEO and Google rankings that must be preserved Project Scope I'm looking for someone to: Create a full backup before making any changes. Build the work on a staging site (preferred). Upgrade the website to PHP 8.3+ (or the latest stable version supported). Create a clean, modern WordPress installation. Preserve all blog posts, categories, tags and media. Preserve existing URLs/permalinks and SEO metadata. Remove unnecessary plugins, themes and legacy code where appropriate. Optimise performance and leave the site running significantly faster. Deliver a clean WordPress installation ready for a custom theme to be installed. Important This is not a redesign project.
