Summary I day trade NASDAQ names, mostly AI and tech small caps. Right now I'm watching too many tickers manually and I keep finding out about news after the move already happened. Looking for someone to build me an automated alert system. What I need it to watch: Breaking news and press releases for a watchlist of tickers I maintain (should be easy for me to add/remove tickers without asking you) General NASDAQ and AI sector news that could move things SEC filings — this is the important one. I want to know immediately if a company on my list files anything related to an offering. Shelf registrations, ATMs, secondaries, prospectus supplements. I've been caught in dilution more than once because I didn't see the filing. How I want alerts: Phone notification. Discord or Telegram is fine, whatever's easiest and fastest. Should tell me the ticker, what happened, and a link so I can go read it myself. I don't need it summarized to death, I need it fast and I need it to not miss things. What matters to me: Speed and reliability. A false alarm is annoying but survivable. Missing a real filing costs me money. I'd rather it over-alert than under-alert. I'm not technical. I need this handed over in a way I can actually run and maintain, plus something I can follow if it breaks. Tell me what you'd use to build it and roughly what the ongoing costs look like if there are any data feeds involved. Budget: $250. Open to discussing if the scope is bigger than I think.
