We are seeking a skilled freelancer to integrate the vidaXL dropshipping product catalogue, including all relevant products and categories, into our WooCommerce store in Danish. The integration must ensure that orders containing vidaXL products are processed separately and are not sent to our existing dropshipping supplier in China. Currently, all orders are automatically forwarded to our Chinese supplier’s ERP system, so the order routing must be configured carefully to prevent orders from being mixed up. The following tasks are required: Import and synchronise vidaXL products and categories with our WooCommerce store. Ensure that all imported product information is displayed in Danish. Prevent orders containing vidaXL products from being sent to our Chinese supplier’s ERP system. Ensure that vidaXL orders are correctly forwarded to vidaXL. Add a fixed markup of DKK 80 to each vidaXL product. Configure a reliable method for customers to automatically receive their tracking number once an order has been shipped by vidaXL. Ensure that stock levels, prices, product information, order statuses and tracking details are synchronised correctly where supported by the vidaXL integration. The freelancer should have experience with WooCommerce, dropshipping integrations, product feeds, APIs, order routing and automated tracking notifications.
