Description

Summary We’re looking for an experienced developer to build a production-ready AI-powered customer support chatbot for our business using the official Business Platform/API. The chatbot should provide natural, conversational support by answering customer questions, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, assisting with order inquiries, and transferring conversations to a human representative when appropriate. The solution should integrate with our existing business tools and automate customer workflows while maintaining reliable performance and a positive user experience. Responsibilities * Develop an AI-powered chatbot using the official Business Platform/API. * Integrate with GoHighLevel (or a similar CRM), Google Sheets, databases, and other business systems. * Build automation workflows for lead capture, appointment scheduling, customer support, and follow-ups for opted-in users. * Implement conversation routing and escalation to human agents when needed. * Ensure secure data handling, logging, and synchronization across connected systems. * Deliver clear documentation and provide a handover session.
