We are seeking a skilled AI engineer with experience in shipping real products using AI coding tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building multi-agent systems that operate autonomously. Your role will involve designing, developing, and deploying innovative AI solutions that enhance performance and efficiency. If you have a passion for AI and a track record of successful projects, we want to hear from you! Here’s what we need: • AI-native builder. You’ve used AI coding workflows to build and launch production-level products. You know the difference between vibe-coding a prototype and actually shipping something users depend on. • Skill system architect. You’ve designed and built skill/plugin/tool systems inside a product that AI agents can leverage—giving them structured, repeatable capabilities instead of free-form prompting. • Multi-agent orchestrator. You’ve architected multi-agent systems where agents coordinate, delegate, and execute workflows independently with minimal human oversight.
