Summary Description:- We're a growing service business handling 1,000+ enquiries each month from Google Ads, Facebook, our website and referrals. Our biggest challenge isn't generating leads—it's managing them. Sales coordinators spend hours qualifying enquiries, updating GoHighLevel, booking appointments, chasing documents and sending follow-ups. As volume increases, leads are delayed, duplicate contacts appear, and opportunities slip through the cracks. We're looking for a developer to build an AI Sales Agent that works alongside our sales team. Instead of being another chatbot, it should automatically qualify leads, update the CRM, assign prospects to the right salesperson, trigger follow-ups, book appointments and provide AI-generated summaries before every sales call. The goal is to reduce manual work while giving the team complete visibility into every stage of the sales pipeline. Similar AI sales automation, GHL and n8n workflow projects have become increasingly common on Upwork. Tech Stack:- - React or Vue.js - Node.js - GoHighLevel - n8n - OpenAI or Claude API - REST APIs - PostgreSQL - Git We're looking for someone who has built AI sales automation before.
