Summary We transform aesthetic clinics' operating model by installing and running AI growth systems inside their business that operate across the entire patient lifecycle, so the business scales without the constant involvement of the owner. We build in sequence, not all at once. The first system for every clinic is the reactivation engine, reaching out to patients who've stopped coming and bringing them back. Most "AI automation" work on this platform is stitching together no-code tools. This is different. You'd be building the AIOS, the AI brain that orchestrates every agent in the system and gets sharper the longer it runs. If you've been waiting for a reason to build real multi-agent architecture instead of another single-prompt wrapper, this is that reason. Every clinic we bring on is guaranteed a defined return within 30 days of launch, or we refund in full. That guarantee runs on what you build, which means you're not prototyping, you're building something that has to genuinely work, with real patients and real outcomes attached. For the right person, that's the appeal, not the burden. We need a Bulgaria based engineer to own the entire technical build. What you'd own Architecture - full technical build: agent systems, a client portal front and back end, every integration, the databases. The AIOS - orchestrating complex multi-agent workflows across the whole system, not isolated single-purpose bots. Data migration - a bridge between a clinical system and a CRM, built with the care that patient data deserves. Reusability - building the first client so the second and third are configuration work, not full rebuilds. Real architectural craft, not just delivery. Founder communication - working directly with a non-technical founder who trusts you to flag problems early and explain things clearly. What we need Full-stack production experience with live URLs you can show, not just repositories. Strong coding ability in Python and TypeScript or JavaScript, comfortable working directly with REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth. Deep API integration experience. This role is mostly integration work. Production LLM or AI API experience, something you had to actively govern, not just prompt. Multi-agent workflow experience, not single-prompt automations, where agents share context and state over time. n8n or similar automation tooling. Experience scoping an entire technical architecture for a startup from scratch. 5+ years of professional software development experience. Genuine interest in multi-agent AI systems and how they hold state over time. Preferred tech stack: n8n · Claude Code/Cowork · GoHighLevel · Cursor or Lovable · Retell · Twilio · Obsidian or Graphify · Supabase (Tech stack will be further refined) Compensation and terms A small paid validation task first, fixed price, about 3 to 4 hours. Fixed milestone payments for each stage of the build: templates, integration bridge, per-client deployment, and per-client launch. No open hourly billing, you're paid for the deliverable, not the clock. A one-off fee once paid marketing engines go live for a client, on top of the build milestones. We'll review the milestone amounts together after Client 1's build, based on actual hours versus estimate, and adjust Client 2 and 3 pricing if the real work meaningfully differed from plan. I'm not asking you to eat a bad estimate for three clients. $800 bonus per client, paid each time that client hits its 30-day guarantee, up to $2,100 across the founding three. Any work genuinely outside the defined build scope is paid hourly, agreed with me in writing before you start it, never assumed. I can't give you a fixed start date yet, it depends on when our first client signs. I'll keep you updated as that firms up. After the first project milestone, either of us can end things with two weeks' notice. Anything you've earned is paid regardless. Fixed compensation, no equity.
