Description

I need someone to help me build a voice agent using azure that will eventually connect to PBX and SIP trunk. The agent must have an accent recognition feature. The ideal candidate will have experience in voice technology and telecommunications, with a focus on developing voice agents that can integrate with existing systems. Another requirement is that this voice agent cost should be within 0.10 usd per minute. It should be human like with low latency like human and accent as we can train it to replicate. We have a gpu servers so less reliance on API will be preferred.
