Description
Summary We’re looking for an experienced AI Automation Developer to build an AI-powered leasing assistant for our property management company. The system will monitor Gmail for new rental inquiries, send automated email and SMS responses (via Whippy), answer common leasing questions using OpenAI, pre-screen prospects, schedule showings through Google Calendar, and log all communications. The ideal candidate has experience with OpenAI, Gmail API, REST APIs, webhooks, and workflow automation tools such as Make, Zapier, or n8n. Please include examples of similar AI or automation projects you’ve built, your recommended tech stack, estimated timeline, and cost. This is the first of several AI automation projects, so we’re looking for someone interested in a long-term working relationship.
