Summary Project Overview I’m looking for an experienced Zapier automation expert who has hands-on experience integrating AI (preferably Claude via Anthropic API), Google Drive, and Discord. The goal is to build a simple but reliable workflow that automatically processes scanned mail after I upload it to Google Drive. This is not a large project. It should be a relatively straightforward automation for someone experienced with Zapier and AI integrations. ⸻ Current Workflow I scan my physical mail using CamScanner on my iPhone. CamScanner automatically saves each document as a PDF into a designated Google Drive folder. From there, I want Zapier to handle everything automatically. ⸻ Desired Workflow Step 1 Trigger whenever a new PDF is uploaded into a specific Google Drive folder. ⸻ Step 2 Read the contents of the PDF. The workflow should use Claude AI (preferred) or Zapier AI if it can accomplish the task reliably. The AI should: * Understand the document * Identify what type of document it is * Generate a clean, descriptive filename * Produce a concise summary (3-5 sentences) Examples: Instead of Scan0001.pdf Rename it to something like 2026-07 Bank of America Credit Card Statement.pdf or IRS Letter - Estimated Taxes - July 2026.pdf or Kaiser Permanente Explanation of Benefits.pdf ⸻ Step 3 Move the file into the appropriate Google Drive folder.
