AI Automation Specialist — Keap/Infusionsoft, Make/Zapier, ChatGPT & Reporting Description We are looking for an experienced automation specialist to help us build practical business and marketing automations using Keap/Infusionsoft, Make.com, Zapier, ChatGPT/Claude, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Calendly, Facebook Lead Ads, and related tools. We run an Australian investing education business with webinars, email marketing, Facebook ads, Keap/Infusionsoft, WordPress, LearnDash, Memberium, and reporting needs. The goal is to remove manual work, improve lead follow-up, automate reporting, and build AI-assisted workflows. Example projects may include: Facebook lead → Keap → Calendly → dashboard automation CPL and lead reporting dashboards Keap tag audits and segmentation checks Webinar registration and follow-up automations AI content workflows from webinar transcripts Google Sheets / Looker Studio reporting SOPs and Loom documentation for automations You should be strong with Make.com and/or Zapier, comfortable with CRMs and marketing funnels, and able to use AI tools intelligently to speed up implementation. Keap/Infusionsoft experience is highly preferred.
