Summary # Freelance Requirement – Interakt CRM, WhatsApp API & AI Agent Setup **Project Title:** Interakt CRM, WhatsApp API & AI Agent Expert Required (Loan Business) ## About Us We are **TM Mister Loanwala Private Limited**, a loan consultancy based in India. We provide Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property, Mortgage Loans, MSME Loans, Personal Loans, Machinery Loans, and other financial products. We have already purchased an **Interakt subscription** (CRM + WhatsApp API + AI Agent) and are looking for an experienced freelancer to completely set up and customize the platform according to our business requirements. ## Scope of Work We need someone who can: * Configure the complete Interakt account. * Set up WhatsApp Business API properly. * Design the CRM workflow and lead management process. * Configure AI Agent and train it with our business information. * Create custom AI replies for different customer queries. * Build conversation flows for all loan products. * Set up automation for lead capture, follow-ups, reminders, and customer engagement. * Create WhatsApp templates and quick replies. * Configure tags, labels, pipelines, and customer segmentation. * Set up chatbot routing for different loan categories. * Create lead qualification flows before assigning to sales. * Integrate website lead forms and social media leads (if supported). * Set up notifications for our sales team. * Optimize the entire customer journey from enquiry to loan disbursement. * Document the setup and provide training so our team can manage it independently. ## Required Skills * Interakt CRM * WhatsApp Business API * AI Agent / Chatbot Development * CRM Automation * Workflow Design * Customer Journey Mapping * Lead Management * Prompt Engineering * API Integrations (preferred) * No-Code Automation (preferred) ## Deliverables * Fully configured Interakt account * AI Agent trained on our business * Complete chatbot workflows * Custom automated replies * WhatsApp automation * CRM pipeline setup * Documentation * Video training session ## Ideal Freelancer * Proven experience with Interakt. * Experience in WhatsApp API implementation. * Experience in AI chatbot customization. * Good understanding of CRM automation. * Excellent communication skills. * Able to suggest best practices instead of only following instructions. This is initially a **temporary freelance project**. If the work is satisfactory, there will be opportunities for long-term collaboration on future automation and CRM improvements.
