Summary AI Automation Expert for Recruitment Agency — JobAdder & Claude CoWork We are an established recruitment agency looking for an experienced AI automation specialist to help us automate repetitive tasks, improve recruiter productivity and build a central management dashboard. We use JobAdder and want to implement Claude CoWork, along with tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, APIs and other suitable platforms. We are looking for someone who can review our current workflows, identify what should be automated, prioritise the highest-impact projects and then build reliable automations across the agency. Potential projects include: Candidate and client follow-up workflows Interview notes and meeting summaries Job brief and candidate profile creation ATS data updates and data-quality checks Candidate re-engagement Talent mapping and client research Business-development outreach Job, interview and placement administration Automated reminders, alerts and task creation Management reporting and dashboards The dashboard may include: New and active jobs Job ageing Candidate submissions and interviews Placements and revenue Consultant performance Time to fill Cancelled and timed-out jobs New clients and signed terms Pipeline activity and data quality Experience with JobAdder or another recruitment ATS is essential, with JobAdder experience strongly preferred. Ideally, you will have previously built AI automations for a recruitment, staffing or executive-search agency and understand recruitment workflows from job intake through to placement. We need someone who can do more than connect a few simple Zapier workflows. You must be able to understand our business, recommend the right automation structure and build systems that are reliable, secure and easy for our team to use.
