We're a small marketing agency looking for an experienced Claude AI specialist to help us design and implement a scalable AI operating system for our business. This is not a one-off prompt engineering project. We're looking for someone who can act as a strategic consultant, recommending the best way to use Claude throughout our agency and helping us build reusable workflows that can be adapted across multiple client accounts. What we need We're looking for someone who can: Assess our marketing business and identify high-value AI opportunities. Recommend the best Claude setup, including Projects, Knowledge, MCPs, agents, and workflows where appropriate. Design AI agents that can perform specific marketing tasks. Create repeatable workflows that are transferable across different client accounts. Help establish best practices for prompt libraries, documentation, and knowledge management. Advise on integrations with other tools where they add value. Train us so we understand how everything works and can maintain and expand the system ourselves. We're looking for someone with experience in: Claude Pro or Claude Max AI agent design Marketing agency workflows Prompt engineering AI automation MCPs and Claude integrations Knowledge management Documentation and SOP creation Deliverables By the end of the engagement, we'd like to have: A recommended AI architecture for our agency. Reusable Claude projects and agent templates. Standardized workflows that can be duplicated for new clients
