Summary We are looking for an experienced AI Voice Agent & n8n Automation Expert to build intelligent voice and workflow automation solutions for our internal products and client projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building AI voice agents that can answer calls, qualify leads, book appointments, provide customer support, and integrate seamlessly with CRMs, calendars, and third-party applications through n8n. This is an ongoing opportunity for someone passionate about AI automation and conversational AI. Responsibilities: - Design and develop AI voice agents using platforms like Vapi, Retell AI, Bland AI, ElevenLabs, or similar. - Build end-to-end workflow automations using n8n. - Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini into voice workflows. - Connect AI agents with CRMs, Google Calendar, Gmail, Slack, Airtable, HubSpot, Shopify, and other third-party services. - Build appointment booking, lead qualification, customer support, and follow-up automations. - Optimize conversation flows for latency, reliability, and user experience. Required Skills - Strong experience with n8n - AI Voice Agent Development - Vapi, Retell AI, Bland AI, or similar voice AI platforms - OpenAI / Claude / Gemini APIs - REST APIs & Webhooks - JavaScript / TypeScript - Prompt Engineering - Workflow Automation Ideal Candidate Has built production-ready AI voice agents. Can design complete conversational workflows, not just prompts. Understands call routing, interruption handling, function calling, and human handoff. Has experience integrating AI voice systems with business applications. Writes clean, scalable, and maintainable automation workflows.
