I need a Telegram-based VFS Appointment Notifier Bot that continuously monitors appointment availability on VFS Global, TLScontact, and BLS International websites. The bot should automatically check the selected appointment pages every 10 seconds (or as efficiently as possible without causing issues) and detect whenever a new appointment slot becomes available. As soon as an available slot is found, the bot must instantly send a Telegram notification with details such as the website (VFS/TLS/BLS), country, visa category, location, and the appointment link (if available). The system should support monitoring multiple countries and visa categories simultaneously, run 24/7 with automatic error recovery, and include anti-block measures such as session management, proxy support, browser automation, and retry logic where required. The code should be clean, reliable, configurable, and easy to maintain, with detailed setup instructions.
