We're a consulting group that runs GoHighLevel and n8n for a portfolio of clients, and we're looking for an automation specialist to take recurring GHL and workflow work off our senior team's plate. This is an ongoing, part-time role to start (roughly 10 to 20 hours a week) with room to grow into more as trust builds. You'd be the person we hand a Loom and a short brief to, who then runs with it and comes back with it done and tested. We move fast, document as we go, and value people who fix the root cause instead of the symptom. What you'll work on: Building and debugging GoHighLevel workflows and automations (triggers, if-else branches, drip cadences, keyword auto-responders, notification routing) CRM data integrity: duplicate opportunities, re-entry and allow-re-entry settings, follower-tag glitches, forms not advancing pipeline stages Funnels, landing pages, and custom lead forms with UTM capture Email and SMS campaigns and nurture sequences Custom fields, custom objects, and the GHL opportunity/pipeline API n8n workflows from scratch: webhooks, HTTP request nodes, error handling, scheduled jobs Hitting the GHL API directly from n8n via HTTP with header auth, and integrating Supabase, Shopify, Gmail, or Slack Payment and integration troubleshooting (Whop, Stripe, NMI, Authorize.Net) Must-have skills: Proven GoHighLevel experience beyond the basic UI, including custom objects and API work Hands-on n8n build experience, including custom Code/Function nodes in JavaScript Com
