Growing salon business seeking an automation specialist for a two-part build Between Go High Level & Boulevard (CRM for Salons): Part 1 — The bridge: Completed appointments and new clients in Boulevard (our booking/POS platform) automatically synced into GoHighLevel as contacts with tags (first visit vs. repeat, service type, appointment date). Boulevard may not have a native Zapier app — API/webhook experience required. Part 2 — The sequence: Ensure our 7-message post-visit follow-up workflow in GoHighLevel (SMS + email, all copy provided by us) is triggered by the bridge, with proper timing delays, first-visit vs. repeat branching, and full delivery tracking. Also includes: error handling/monitoring so failed syncs get flagged, A2P/deliverability check on our GHL number, and documentation so our team can maintain it.
