Summary I'm looking for an experienced developer to improve my existing Wix Studio website while building an AI powered client intake and onboarding workflow. My website is already live. I have a clear vision for how I want it to look and function, so I'm not looking for someone to create a brand from scratch. After hiring, I'll provide detailed implementation guidance including layout, colors, fonts, branding, copy, workflow, and functionality. Your role is to implement that vision, make thoughtful recommendations where appropriate, and build a polished final product. The project includes: • Improvements to my existing Wix Studio website • AI powered intake using the OpenAI API • A review and approval workflow before responses are sent • Stripe payment integration • Electronic service agreements • Google Drive folder creation • Google Sheets client tracking • Automated emails and notifications • Integration of the entire client onboarding process I prefer using existing services and APIs whenever possible rather than building unnecessary custom software. This is Phase 1 of a larger project. If we're a good fit, there will be additional paid work involving AI features, CRM improvements, scheduling, and continued website enhancements.
