Summary Looking for an experienced Airtable specialist for an existing base. The structure is designed; I need help with the hands-on work: Populating and cleaning data (imports from spreadsheets and other systems, deduplication, consistent formats) Automations: record-freshness flags, per-owner notifications, scheduled summary reports Integrations with other tools (e.g. QuickBooks, Zoho, Shopify, HubSpot, Jira) via native integrations, Zapier/Make, or the Airtable API Setting up API access so an AI assistant (Claude) can query the base and run automated consistency reports Per-team views and interfaces A structure that scales as new records, categories, and use cases are added
