Summary Title GoHighLevel Conversation AI Expert Needed (Facebook Messenger + SMS Automation) Description We’re looking for an experienced GoHighLevel Conversation AI specialist to troubleshoot, optimize, and rebuild our AI conversation workflows. This is not a basic GHL setup job. You must have hands-on experience with Conversation AI, Workflow Automations, Facebook Messenger integration, triggers, tags, stop conditions, and debugging complex workflow conflicts. Our system is mostly built—we need someone who can identify why our bots aren’t firing correctly and optimize the entire automation. Current Setup * 2 Conversation AI Bots already built * Multiple published workflows * Facebook Messenger lead integration * Zapier tagging automation * Tags are being applied correctly * AI bots are not consistently starting due to workflow conflicts What You’ll Do * Audit our entire GHL automation system * Identify workflow conflicts preventing Conversation AI from starting * Configure Facebook Messenger and SMS Conversation AI correctly * Ensure the correct bot launches based on lead tags * Eliminate duplicate or conflicting workflows * Configure proper stop conditions without interrupting active conversations * Optimize Conversation AI routing * Test with fresh leads until everything works flawlessly * Document what was changed Required Experience * Expert with GoHighLevel * Extensive experience with Conversation AI * Facebook Messenger automation * Workflow troubleshooting & debugging * Tags, triggers, conditional logic * Zapier integrations * API/Webhook experience is a plus To Apply Please include: 1.
