## Overview I am looking for a reliable long-term white-label fulfillment partner to handle the technical delivery of AI voice agents for local service businesses, initially residential HVAC companies in the U.S. and Canada. I will handle sales and client communication. You will handle the complete technical setup, integrations, testing, and deployment. We will begin with one real paid client project as a trial. If the quality, communication, pricing, and delivery process are a good fit, the goal is to continue working together on recurring client projects. ## Scope of Work A standard client project may include: * One customized inbound AI voice agent * Natural, human-sounding call handling * Custom call flow and business knowledge * Answering common customer questions * Lead qualification and intake * Appointment booking and calendar integration * Urgency detection and escalation * Live call transfers * CRM or software integrations when required * Phone-number configuration * Post-call summaries * Complete testing, optimization, and deployment The final agent must be fully functional, properly tested, and ready for the client to use. Our current offer is mainly focused on inbound call handling. Outbound calling may be added later. ## Workflow I plan to provide a general HVAC call script that can be reused across projects.
