# Daily Executive Dashboard (Vision) The dashboard should serve as my executive command center. Every morning when I log in, I should be able to understand the health of my entire business within 30 seconds. I do **not** want a dashboard that simply displays data. I want an AI-powered business operating system that identifies problems, highlights opportunities, and tells me exactly what deserves my attention. ## Executive Summary Display: * Total sales yesterday * Sales by location * Week-over-week comparison * Year-over-year comparison * Estimated daily profit * Month-to-date sales and profit * AI-generated business health score * Top five priorities for today --- ## Store Performance For each restaurant location, display: * Gross Sales * Net Sales * Average Ticket * Guest Count * Top Selling Menu Items * Slow Selling Menu Items * Refunds * Voids * Discounts * AI-generated summary of each store's performance --- ## Business Alerts Only display meaningful issues that require attention.
