Summary # GoHighLevel Expert Needed — Workflow API Limitation Workaround We are looking for a true GoHighLevel expert who understands GHL workflows, API limitations, webhooks, automations, and workflow tracking. Our main problem: GoHighLevel does not appear to expose the full internal workflow builder through the API. We can see outcomes like messages sent, appointments, tags, tasks, and stage changes, but we cannot clearly read the full workflow structure or track every contact’s movement through each workflow step. We need someone who has a proven workaround for this. The goal is to help us create a system where we can clearly understand and monitor: * What workflows exist * What triggers each workflow * What steps/actions are inside each workflow * What branches, waits, and conditions exist * Which contacts enter each workflow * Which step each contact reaches * Where contacts drop off or fail * Whether workflow actions actually fired * Whether there is a way to log or mirror workflow movement outside of GHL This may involve GHL API, webhooks, custom fields, tags, workflow logging steps, external databases, Make/Zapier/n8n, browser-based exports, or another workaround you have used successfully. We are not looking for a basic funnel builder. We need someone technical enough to understand the limitation and help design a practical workaround. Please answer these questions when applying: 1. Have you dealt with the limitation that GHL does not fully expose workflow logic through the API? 2. What workaround have you used to read, document, or track GHL workflow movement? 3.
