I use ChatGPT extensively throughout my day and believe I am only utilizing a fraction of what is possible. I'm looking for someone who is an advanced ChatGPT/AI power user who can work directly with me to transform how I operate. This is not a prompt-writing project. I'm looking for someone who understands how to design AI workflows that save time, improve consistency, and create a competitive advantage. About Me I advise privately held companies on: M&A Debt financings Growth equity raises Strategic advisory I spend much of my day: researching industries and companies drafting client emails analyzing transactions preparing presentations managing hundreds of business development relationships monitoring market activity developing thought leadership organizing large amounts of research maintaining ongoing conversations with ChatGPT I already have hundreds of ChatGPT conversations that contain valuable institutional knowledge. I want to better organize, leverage, and automate this knowledge. What I Want Help With Examples include: Auditing how I currently use ChatGPT Recommending a better overall workflow Designing reusable GPT workflows Building repeatable prompts and templates Creating custom GPTs where appropriate Helping organize long-term knowledge and research Designing systems for market intelligence and industry monitoring Improving how I manage notes and conversations Integrating ChatGPT with tools like Outlook, Excel, LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and other business applications where appropriate Identifying tasks that can be automated Improving document creation and research workflows Teaching me advanced capabilities I may not know exist Helping build an "AI operating system" for my business I expect this to be a collaborative consulting engagement rather than simply completing a predefined task list. Ideal Candidate I'm looking for someone who: Is an expert ChatGPT user (not just a casual user) Understands AI workflow design Thinks like a consultant and process architect Has experience working with executives, consultants, investment firms, law firms, accounting firms, or other professional services businesses Is familiar with AI automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, MCP servers, APIs, and related technologies Can recommend practical improvements—not just theoretical ideas Communicates clearly and is comfortable challenging my assumptions if there's a better way Investment banking experience is helpful but not required. Project Structure Initially, I'd like to start with an audit of how I currently work, followed by recommendations and implementation of the highest-impact improvements.
