We're looking for an experienced n8n developer to build an AI-powered order processing workflow for our wholesale business. The automation should be built primarily using n8n, with Python, FastAPI, OpenAI/Claude, APIs, and PostgreSQL used where needed. Orders come from emails, spreadsheets, our website, and sales partners. The workflow should extract order details, validate data, check inventory through APIs, create draft orders in our ERP/CRM, request approval for exceptions, send follow-up emails when needed, and update Slack or Microsoft Teams. Every action should be logged with proper error handling and human approval where required.
