Summary Project Overview We are seeking an experienced Google Sheets developer with advanced spreadsheet, database, and automation skills to build a sophisticated medical practice management and analytics platform within Google Sheets. This is not a simple spreadsheet project. The system will function as a relational database and business intelligence tool for a growing medical practice that provides wound care and general medical services in skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation facilities, long-term care facilities, and nursing homes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing complex Google Sheets systems that include database-style functionality, cross-referencing, automation, advanced formulas, reporting dashboards, and healthcare-related data management. Required Skills The developer must demonstrate expertise in: Advanced Google Sheets development Database-style spreadsheet architecture Cross-sheet and cross-workbook referencing Complex lookup functions (INDEX, MATCH, XLOOKUP equivalents, FILTER, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, etc.) Dashboard development Conditional formatting Data validation Drop-down menus Automated reporting Error handling Importing and organizing large datasets Google Apps Script (preferred) Healthcare data management (preferred) Medicare billing analytics (preferred) Project Requirements The completed system will include multiple integrated modules and master databases, including but not limited to: Provider Database Credential tracking License expiration monitoring DEA tracking Board certifications Compliance alerts Facility Database Facility profiles Contact information Census tracking Referral sources Revenue reporting Patient Analytics Patient census Wound care tracking Visit tracking Outcome reporting Billing Analytics Medicare Medicaid Commercial insurance Self-pay patients System should track: CPT codes Place of service Charges Collections Denials Reimbursement trends Provider productivity Revenue by provider Revenue by facility Revenue by CPT code Financial Dashboard Monthly revenue Collections Outstanding receivables Productivity metrics Trend analysis Operations Dashboard Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Staffing metrics Provider utilization Facility performance Data Import Requirements A critical component of this project is the ability to import and organize data exported from iTreatMD Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Developer should propose the best solution for: Importing EMR export files Mapping imported fields Cleaning data Matching records to master databases Updating dashboards automatically Preventing duplicate records Experience with healthcare EMR data imports is highly desirable. The practice revenue ranges from $15m to $20m per annum. Applicants must submit 3 specific Google Sheets projects they have personally built.
