Summary Project Overview I own a plumbing and gas inspection company and need an experienced Zapier automation specialist to build a fully automated customer referral and reward system. The automation should connect: Housecall Pro Referral Rocket Tremendous Zapier Experience with these platforms is preferred, especially Referral Rocket and Tremendous API integrations. Goal Create a referral system that automatically enrolls customers after completed jobs, tracks referrals, and sends a $50 reward once a referral becomes qualified. Scope of Work Zap 1 – Customer Enrollment Trigger: Housecall Pro – Job Completed Actions: Automatically add the customer to Referral Rocket. Map all customer information, including: First Name Last Name Email Phone Customer ID Service Address Zap 2 – Referral Reward Trigger: Referral Rocket – Qualified Referral (or equivalent event) Actions: Send a $50 reward through Tremendous. Deliver the reward to the referrer's email. Send a confirmation email to my office with the referral details. Duplicate Protection The referral program is based on building addresses, not just customer names. The automation should prevent duplicate rewards for the same property by implementing an appropriate duplicate-check solution (Zapier Tables, Storage by Zapier, or another reliable method). Deliverables Fully functional Zapier automations. Proper field mapping between all applications. Error handling where appropriate. Testing using sample data. Documentation explaining how the automation works and how to maintain it. Assistance with final testing before going live. Existing Accounts I already have active accounts for: Housecall Pro Referral Rocket Tremendous (API approved) Zapier No custom software development should be required. This project should primarily use native integrations and Zapier.
