Budget: $100 flat (fixed price) Timeline: Must be fully complete within 7 days of hire Start: Immediately Project Overview I run AI avatar-based content operations for 4 client accounts. Each client already has a trained AI avatar (character sheets built and locked) and a Notion-based Content OS workspace. I need someone to connect and configure the automation stack for each of the 4 clients so content can be researched, scripted, generated, and scheduled with minimal manual work going forward. This is integration and workflow setup, not content creation. The avatars, brand voice, and Notion structure already exist — your job is wiring the tools together so they work as one working pipeline per client. Scope of Work (per client, x4) Notion connection — connect each client's existing Notion Content OS workspace so it can be read from and written to (Content Library, Content Planner, Ideas & Resources, Knowledge Hub). Do not restructure existing databases, templates, or properties — work inside what's already built. HeyGen connection — connect each client's HeyGen account, confirm avatar group/look and cloned voice are correctly linked, and get talking-head video generation working end to end from a written script. Higgsfield connection — connect each client's Higgsfield account, confirm access to their avatar's character sheets (face + body reference) and cloned voice, and get Seedance 2.0 video generation working, including handling clips that need to be split across multiple
