I have big problems... I have a subscritpion to chatgpt pro 20x, for $250/m, but then my weekly usage ran out, so I tried to buy more credits, and I tried 4 times x $25... but it keep saying I'm out of credit and need to purchase more... My subscription is via app store... This is a big mess, I need someone to come on and just solve this for me please.
