Summary Overview We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer or development team to build a custom white-label CRM for our growing B2B energy brokerage. This is not a simple CRM customization. We need a bespoke platform that integrates with multiple existing supplier and pricing portals via APIs, allowing our sales team to manage the entire customer journey from quote to contract within a single system. This is expected to become a long-term project with ongoing feature development and maintenance after the initial build. Core Features CRM Lead and customer management Company and contact database Sales pipeline and opportunity tracking Task and activity management Notes and document storage User roles and permissions Dashboard and reporting API Integrations The CRM will integrate with several third-party backend portals via REST APIs to: Retrieve live energy index pricing Submit customer and quote information Retrieve supplier quotations Access contract and account information Synchronize data between systems Experience building reliable API integrations is essential. Pricing Engine The platform should: Display live pricing from integrated supplier portals Compare supplier pricing Allow sales users to generate quotations Support multiple products and contract terms Update pricing dynamically Contract Generation The CRM should automatically: Generate contracts from templates Populate customer and pricing data Produce PDF contracts Store signed contracts Maintain version history Email Integration Integration with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace to: Send emails directly from the CRM Store email history against customer records Generate proposal emails Send contracts to customers Track communications White-Label Platform The CRM should be designed as a white-label application with: Custom branding Company logo Colour themes Configurable settings Scalable architecture for future expansion Ideal Skills We're looking for developers with experience in: Custom CRM development SaaS platforms REST API integrations Authentication and user management PDF/document generation Email API integration Secure cloud applications PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server React, Next.js, Vue, Angular, .NET, Node.js, Laravel, or similar modern technologies Experience within the energy, utilities, or commodity trading sector would be a significant advantage.
