Summary I recently built a custom CRM web application for my sales team using React and Node.js with heavy help from AI coding tools. It is meant to help the team manage leads deals customer records and follow ups from a single dashboard instead of juggling spreadsheets. The app mostly works but once the team started using it daily problems started showing up.
