Summary We have a working, deployed voice AI system already in production. We are not looking to build from scratch. What we need is a skilled full stack engineer to clean up remaining bugs, refine rough edges, and put the product through serious testing so it is rock solid. Most fixes are minor, but they need to be handled well and handled fast. Our stack: The platform runs entirely on AWS, and the voice layer is built on Bland under an enterprise plan. You do not need to have used Bland before, but you should be comfortable working in an AWS environment and reading through an API integration you did not write. What we are looking for: Same-day turnaround. Fixes are generally small in scope. We expect them identified, patched, and working the same day they come up. Thorough testing. Every feature should be tested end to end before it ships. Strong UI design sense. You should be able to spot what looks off and fix it, not just make it function. How payment works: We agree on a budget for each patch or batch of work before you start on it, so you always know what a task is worth going in. Payment is then released in stages as each piece is completed and verified.
