We recently migrated our CRM from Pipedrive and Google Workspace (Gmail) to GoHighLevel (GHL). Our contacts and pipelines came over, but our historical email correspondence did not. We need a specialist to backfill that email history so each past email appears in the correct contact's Conversations tab inside GHL. THE NUMBERS - ~7,000 contacts already in GoHighLevel - ~30,000-40,000 historical emails to import and associate - Email lives across 8 Google Workspace mailboxes, with the bulk of correspondence coming from 3 primary user accounts - all 8 need to be covered - Emails are available in Pipedrive and/or Google Workspace (Gmail) - you can pull from whichever source is cleaner and more complete THE GOAL Each historical email (inbound and outbound) is matched to the right contact by email address and posted into that contact's GHL Conversation thread, preserving as much fidelity as possible - sender, recipient, subject, body, and original date/timestamp - so the conversation history reads correctly in chronological order. SCOPE OF WORK 1. Extract historical emails from Pipedrive (Mail API) and/or Google Workspace (Gmail API) across all 8 mailboxes (3 primary + 5 secondary), including sender, recipients, subject, body, timestamps, and where feasible, attachments. 2. Match each email to the correct GoHighLevel contact by email address (handle contacts with multiple email addresses, and emails with multiple participants). 3.
