Job Description: We are looking for an experienced, reliable full-stack developer / automation specialist to build a custom, all-in-one internal operations portal for our real estate business. Our company specializes in matching landlords and property investors with Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) for long-term corporate leases. We want to eliminate context-switching by centralizing our operations, lead pipelines, social media, communications, and compliance workflows into a single unified dashboard. Project Scope & Key Features Unified Dashboard Frontend (UI): A secure web interface built using Retool, Bubble, or a custom React/Next.js stack to manage all business operations from one screen. Unified Inbox: A single view for emails, social DMs, and Google Business Profile (GBP) messages with AI-drafted reply suggestions. Backend Automation & AI Triage: Make.com or n8n integration acting as the core webhook/automation glue. OpenAI (GPT-4o/ Cloud Co-work) integration to parse incoming emails, strip attachments (such as EPCs, floor plans, and compliance certificates), categorize messages by intent, and update our database. Real Estate CRM & Dual Pipelines: Integration with GoHighLevel (GHL) or a custom Supabase/PostgreSQL backend to manage dual pipelines: one for property investors/landlords seeking corporate/guaranteed rent, and another for RSL housing demand matching. Built-in campaign triggers for promotional email/SMS blasts and automated follow-ups. AI Voice Agent & Call Center Tab: Integration of an AI voice infrastructure (Retell AI or Bland AI paired with Twilio) to handle 24/7 inbound inquiries from landlords, investors, or RSL reps. A portal tab displaying live call logs, audio recordings, transcripts, sentiment analysis, and auto-generated task items mapped to property deals. Automated Social Media & Marketing: Integration with scheduling APIs (such as Publer) to push updates across Facebook, LinkedIn, and GBP simultaneously, complete with a content calendar view inside the portal.
