Quick context A patient's status changes in our EHR (Healthie). Somewhere else - our CRM (GoHighLevel), a form, a billing tool - something needs to happen automatically as a result. Right now, some of that works. A lot of it doesn't yet, or breaks in ways nobody notices until a patient complains. That's the gap we're hiring to close. We're a healthcare company running patient-facing operations through Healthie and GoHighLevel, with a few other tools stitched around them. We need someone who can sit between these systems and make them actually talk to each other - reliably, and without putting patient data at risk. The kind of problems you'd own - A patient record updates in Healthie - what needs to change in GoHighLevel, and how does it get there without manual work? - Two systems each think they hold the "correct" version of a patient's info - how do we stop them from silently disagreeing? - A form or workflow needs to branch based on what's true about the patient, not just fire the same way for everyone - Something worked yesterday and doesn't today - tracing why, in a live system, with real patient data at stake What you bring - all required - Real, hands-on experience with both GoHighLevel and an EHR system (Healthie or comparable) - familiarity with both is expected, and you should be genuinely strong, not just familiar, in at least one of them - Real experience integrating with third-party APIs from documentation alone, without a pre-built connector - You've worked with
