We are looking for an experienced WordPress Plugin Developer to customize an existing plugin according to our requirements. The work may include modifying current functionality, adding new features, fixing bugs, improving compatibility, and making sure the plugin works correctly with our WordPress website. Required Skills • Strong experience with WordPress plugin customization • Advanced PHP and WordPress development knowledge • Experience with hooks, actions, filters, and shortcodes • JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML, and CSS • WordPress database and MySQL knowledge • REST API and third-party API integration experience • WooCommerce experience, where applicable • Ability to understand and modify an existing codebase • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of WordPress security and coding standards • Git version-control experience Project Requirements The selected developer will: • Review the existing plugin and current functionality • Understand the required changes • Customize or extend the plugin without affecting existing features • Fix any related bugs or compatibility issues • Test the changes across the website • Provide clean and maintainable code • Explain the completed changes
