Description

I need an experienced Twilio specialist to troubleshoot and complete the integration with RO App. Most of the setup is already done — I just need help getting everything working properly. Required Outcomes: Incoming SMS and MMS from customers appear correctly in RO App Chats/Inquiries Voice calls to the Twilio number are no longer disconnecting and are properly logged/forwarded Automatic creation of inquiries/leads from calls and messages Reliable two-way communication (Twilio ↔ RO App) Current Status: Australian Twilio number is purchased and configured Account SID + Auth Token are entered in RO App Webhooks are set up for both SMS and Voice SMS is received by Twilio but not showing in RO App Voice calls are disconnecting immediately
