Description

Job Description I need a Zapier automation built to eliminate manual data entry between our email/calling tools and JobTread (our construction project management platform). Primary project: Outlook to JobTread Build a Zap that monitors a shared Outlook inbox and automatically: Detects new incoming emails Extracts the email body (sender, subject, message text) Pulls any attachments Creates a corresponding entry in JobTread (e.g., a daily log, document, or task — open to your recommendation on the best object type) with the email body as notes/description and attachments uploaded to the correct job Ideally the Zap can match the email to the correct JobTread job automatically (by job name/number in the subject line, sender domain, or similar), but if that's not reliably possible we can discuss a fallback (e.g., a default/unsorted job folder for manual sorting). Secondary project: Dialpad to JobTread Same concept, but sourced from Dialpad instead of Outlook — capture call logs/notes (and voicemail or call recordings if feasible) and push them into JobTread the same way. What I need from you Experience building production Zaps with Outlook and/or Dialpad triggers Experience with JobTread's API or existing JobTread Zapier integration Ability to handle attachments/file transfer within Zapier (not just text) Clear communication — please walk me through your proposed Zap architecture before building Deliverables Working, tested Zap(s) live in my Zapier account Brief documentation on h
